Empowerment Education was founded with the goal of providing a proactive approach to end this malady of bullying in our schools, in order to help students improve their overall well-being and adapt to adversity. By educating students, we can relieve some of the challenges associated with relational and direct trauma & stress brought on by bullying.

Empowerment Education’s central theme is designed to focus on empowerment, self-esteem, self-confidence, resilience and assertiveness while providing them with strategies and coping skills in order to stand up to bullying. Even with all of the bullying education in our schools, it continues to be a growing problem in today’s society. According to the US Department of Education, 28% of students have experienced bullying. It’s clear to see that bullying remains a major challenge facing our middle schoolers. Research shows that bullying directly correlates with depression, anxiety and suicide.

In order to enhance student resilience, presentations will be offered to empower your children and increase their overall sense of identity. The goal of Empowerment Education is to help others take control of their lives, be stronger and more independent. Every person needs to know that they are acknowledged, valued and worthy.
