As the Founder of Empowerment Education, Kelly Rava experienced bullying in middle school to the point that she had to change schools. Decades later, Ms. Rava still remembers the trauma and the toll it took on her physical and emotional well-being. As a former Elementary and High School teacher and child therapist, Ms. Rava recognized the need for an educational empowerment program be developed and implemented. Therefore, Empowerment Education was founded to empower students by providing them with the knowledge and skills to help make them stronger and more confident and take control of their lives.
